Job Summary
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our professional team in a rapidly growing Medical Legal Office.
In this role, you will manage the company’s bills and ensure all invoices are processed in a timely manner. Responsibilities will include receiving and preparing accounts payable invoices, handling expense reports, and assisting with audits. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, computer savvy, and has a strong understanding of accounting, payments, and budgets.
Weekly schedule will be a minimum of 15 hours per week up to a maximum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Entering accounts payable invoices into Quickbooks
- Scheduling payments using multiple payment mechanisms
- Manage payment schedule for a large number of vendors
- Collaborating with outside accountant to handle account issues
- Providing support data for audits
- Preparing expense reports
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Quickbooks
- Strong understanding of Excel
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and research skills
- Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
